The Texas Ranger Newsletter recognized Justin Rios from Andy Frain Dallas Office
They wrote, “Justin from our Security partners, Andy Frain is a Rockstar! Justin usually works at the TXU, North Plaza Entry which is our busiest entry at Globe Life Field where more than 50% of our Guests enter the Ballpark. North Entry Guest Services Supervisors Melanie Ericson and Mike Martin wanted to recognize and thank Justin for his great partnership and hard work. Melanie said, “Justin always makes sure that his security team and now his bag checkers are ready to go when the gates open. He does a great job of explaining our bag policy to his team so they are set up for success and know what is allowed in and what is not. He is always willing to help in whatever way we need whether it is ticket scanning, bag checking or running the Walk Through Metal Detectors. He is great partner to the North Team!”
