Tamika Bates embarked on her professional journey at Andy Frain as an event security guard. Through her dedication and hard work, she steadily climbed the ranks and excelled in her role as a supervisor for building security at Minute Maid Park. In March, her reputation as a team player with a positive attitude led to her receiving an offer to become a Captain at the George R. Brown Convention Center.
Bringing the same unwavering determination and goal-oriented mindset to her new position, Ms. Bates has made a remarkable impact on the Andy Frain Team.
