Patsy Kennedy is an accomplished security and event management professional with over 30 years of experience in the industry. As a Certified Institutional Protection Manager (CIPM), she has developed and implemented compliance, customer service improvement, and quality assurance programs specific to the security and event industry.
Patsy has held key positions as Operations and Security Director for several high-profile venues in Chicago, including the International Amphitheater, The Riviera Theater, The Chicago Theater, and Navy Pier. Her experience includes coordinating operations and security for large-scale events such as the Dali Lama, 6 Chicago Bulls Championship Rallies, and the Grand Opening of Millennium Park, as well as some of the world’s largest free festivals such as The Taste of Chicago, the Chicago Air & Water Show, and the Chicago Blues Festival.
Before joining Andy Frain, Patsy was the Account Manager for Protection Services for The Art Institute of Chicago, where she oversaw the security of priceless works of art and guest services for visitors.
As General Manager of Sports and Entertainment for the Chicagoland region, Patsy is responsible for Andy Frain’s Chicagoland, St. Louis, and Iowa markets. Her duties include client sourcing, training and development, management support, quality assurance, and compliance. She has successfully serviced high-profile events and clients such as the Joffrey Ballet, Lollapalooza, the BMW and Liv golf tournaments, The Rolling Stones, and Allstate Arena. Patsy’s vast experience and expertise make her a valuable asset to the Andy Frain team.
