On November 8th, 2021, the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts opened a stunning new addition to their campus: Steinmetz Hall. This state-of-the-art concert hall is the crowning jewel of the center’s new Steinmetz Performing Arts Center and promises to be a world-class venue for the performing arts.
The mission at Dr. Phillips is to promote and advance the arts for the benefit of all individuals and communities in Central Florida and beyond. They strive to create an inclusive and vibrant environment where artists can showcase their talent and inspire audiences of all ages. Not only do they provide top-notch entertainment, but they also prioritize providing educational opportunities for aspiring artists. Offering workshops, masterclasses, and educational programs, giving both children and adults the chance to learn from industry professionals and refine their skills.
Additionally, community outreach is the core value. The believe that the arts have the power to transform lives, and they strive to make them accessible to all. Through partnerships with local organizations, provide free and discounted tickets to underserved communities, ensuring that everyone has the chance to experience the magic of live performances.
