TJ Thomas joined the Andy Frain Team in September of 2019, and she has over 30 years of experience in the Security Industry. TJ is driven by the commitment “Get the Job Done” no matter the sacrifice. She thrives on find solutions for complex problems.
TJ has a unique ability to recruit and retain Officers. The turnover rate a the property averaged less than 7% for 2021. Since the pandemic, TJ has met over 98% of contract hours with less than 1% of non-billable OT.
As a testament of TJ Thomas’s dedication, on very short notice, TJ assisted with the start-up Eastgate Shopping Center in Memphis, TN. If there was a problem with staffing at the site, She worked the post because she strongly believed that a site must always be covered no matter the sacrifice. On one occasion she even worked the post on her birthday.
To sum up exemplary leader goes beyond the property level For the past 2 years, coordinated two community events at the Mall (Rehab 5 K run & Pinewood Derby) and enlisted Security Officers to participate.
